KASRA PARSAD
CALIFORNIA DEFAMATION ATTORNEY
Kasra’s legal career is built on a foundation of perseverance, dedication, and a passion for serving others. Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Kasra experienced firsthand the value of community and hard work in a city that blends big-city opportunities with small-town closeness. After completing his early education in Grand Rapids, Kasra attended Grand Valley State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice while working to support himself. His time in Michigan shaped his commitment to justice and fueled his decision to pursue a legal career.
Kasra relocated to California to attend Empire College School of Law, where he graduated cum laude with both a Juris Doctorate and a Master of Legal Studies. His academic excellence was recognized through multiple Witkin Awards, honoring him as the top student in Criminal Law, Torts, Constitutional Law, Evidence, Business Organizations, and Moot Court, where he also earned Best Oralist. Kasra further distinguished himself as part of the school’s environmental negotiation team, placing in the top five teams in a national competition.
While excelling in his studies, Kasra gained practical legal experience as a certified law clerk at the public defender’s office, where he drafted motions, appeared in court, and worked alongside prominent attorneys on complex cases. His hands-on experience has honed his skills in legal research, motion writing, and courtroom advocacy. In 2021, Kasra passed the California Bar Exam on his first attempt, further solidifying his legal acumen.
Kasra combines the meticulous research skills of a seasoned attorney with the poise and presence of a trial lawyer, always striving to position his clients for success. His approach is client-centered, ensuring that each case receives personalized attention and strategic focus. Above all, Kasra’s dedication to his clients is matched only by his deep understanding of the law and his genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes
APPROACH
When Kasra accepts your case, you can count on him to ponder about it both day and night. He assumes your position and takes on your legal problems. He will consider numerous scenarios and likelihoods for your legal issue and inform you of the advantages and disadvantages of your case to collaboratively come up with a resolution. Never will he squander your time by giving you the information you want to hear. He stands out from other lawyers in the area with this simple, no-nonsense approach.
But it’s his attitude, his calm manner, and the way he gets along with anyone, even his own clients, judges, insurance adjusters, opposing lawyers, and so on, that sets him apart. Although Kasra would rather go to trial, he is reasonable, persuasive, and has the necessary abilities to reach a settlement, often sparing his client the expense of an expensive judicial process. Kasra determines to make things easier for you rather than more difficult. He accomplishes this by breaking down difficult issues until they are simple enough for anyone to understand and settle or rule in his favor.
Most lawyers approach a client’s problem from the bottom up; Kasra approaches your problems from the top floor. This allows him to see the broader picture, his clients’ objectives, and those of the opposing party. Because of this, he can develop solutions that are so unique that few other people have thought of them. When he settles his cases, his problem-solving abilities are a huge advantage.
